Injection-molded Bolt-on Headstock
An injection molded, half-inch (1.3 cm) thick headstock of glass filled black plastic is bolted onto the aluminum Railboard neck beam and assembled with ten winding heads (tuners) and nameplate. This bolt-on construction allows a thinner, lighter and less expensive 3/4-inch (1.9 cm) thick aluminum beam to be used, also with less CNC machine cutting operations.
