Nick Beggs rejoins his old bandmates for a reunion tour

Twenty-five years after their top ten hit "Too shy" hit the charts, English pop band Kajagoogoo have reformed for a tour of the UK from September 17th - October 1st. Joining Beggs (Stick/bass/vocals) are his five original bandmates: Stuart Neale on keyboards, Steve Askew on guitar, Jez Strode on drums and Limahl on vocals.

"My roll as a Stick player within Kajagoogoo has always been open. However making an instrument like this work with in the pop genre is quite challenging. So I've tried to keep it simple. With parts and also the sound. My new TC Electronic Rebel Head system really boosts all the relevant frequencies of The Stick so much so I have no need for FX what so ever, freeing me up to concentrate on the groove and my singing. Hope you can catch a show. All the best, Nick (Rocket Boy) Beggs."

The re-formed Kajagoogoo have performed several individual shows in Europe in 2008 (see videos below).
